Car subscription is a service that allows you to drive a car without the ownership hassles. You pay a monthly fee for access to a car, and the subscription service takes care of everything else.
Myles Subscription is a hassle-free process where you just need to sign in and create your profile, choose the subscription plan, tenure options and choice of a car, complete the paperwork including KYC process, process the security amount and subscription fee and finally get the car at the earliest availability.
Smart Subscription plan by Myles is a Fractional Ownership product where new cars can be subscribed for a period of 12-48 Months.
Smart Plus Subscription plan by Myles is a Flexible subscription where New/Used cars can be taken for Modular tenure of 3 Months & goes up to 48 Months.
The difference between Smart and Smart Plus plan is:- Smart Plan is ideally suitable for Medium long Subscription needs and Smart Plus Plan is suitable for Short-Medium Subscription Needs. The Tenure of Smart Plan starts from 12-48 Months.
Smart Plus is more flexible and starts from a Month to 48 Months. In Smart Subscription Plan, the car is registered in the name of the customer but in Smart Plus Plan, the car is registered in the name of the Company.

Car can be owned by both the Customer & Myles depending on the type of Subscription Plan. In Smart Subscription Plan, car is registered in the name of customer but in Smart Plus Subscription Plan, car is registered in name of Myles or Business Partner.
The car subscription prices are flexible & the cost depends on the car model, tenure and the city of the customer’s choice.
Yes, you can usually cancel or extend your car subscription at any time with the charges as per the terms of subscription, although some services may require a minimum commitment.
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and net banking for the security deposit. You can choose to pay the security amount before car pick-up, and the refund will be initiated once the car is returned.
Our pricing plans for different kilometer packages are based on factors like car mileage, wear and tear, and rental cost. You can select the package that best suits your needs. If you exceed the allocated kilometers, you will be charged extra based on the "additional km charge" for the specific car model and city
Yes, GST will be charged on the rental amount.
If you drive more kilometers than your package includes, you will be charged an extra fee per kilometer. The charge is Rs. 11, 12, or 14 per kilometer, depending on the car category. This will be calculated at the end of your trip by the Myles executive during vehicle drop-off.
We charge a security deposit to cover any additional costs incurred during the use of the vehicle. The security amount is for your convenience, ensuring that extra costs, such as extended rental duration or additional fuel usage, are covered.
Our prices include the rental charge, insurance, and GST. For daily packages, fuel is not included, but for hourly packages, fuel is inclusive. Tolls, inter-state taxes, and parking fees are not included in our prices. No hidden charges!
We typically take 1-2 days to initiate the refund of your security deposit. However, depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 14-15 days to reflect in your account.
No, currently we only accept bookings through credit/debit cards or net banking.
You are allowed a one-hour grace period for returning the vehicle. After that, late return charges will apply as follows:
If you opted for a security deposit:
50% surcharge in addition to the actual rental amount for the delayed period if
the car didn't have another booking.
100% surcharge in addition to the actual rental amount for the delayed period if
the car had another booking.
For daily rentals:
Cancellation within 24 hours of pickup time: Deduction of Rs 200 or 50% of the total
booking amount (whichever is greater) and 3% processing fee on the remaining refund.
Cancellation at least 24 hours prior to pick up time: No rental deduction, only Rs. 200 +
3% processing fee on the refund amount.
Cancellation at or after pickup time: Treated as a no-show, no refund will be provided.
For hourly rentals: No refund will be provided in case of hourly rental booking.
If you request an extension, charges will be applied based on the time of extension intimation and car availability during the requested period. The charges will be deducted from your refundable security deposit.
For all booking extensions, you will receive pro-rata extra kilometers based on your pre-selected package.
Yes, the monthly subscription cost includes GST charges.
The additional charges for exceeding the kilometers depend on the specific vehicle you have subscribed to.
We charge a security deposit to cover any additional costs incurred during the utilization of the vehicle. This deposit helps cover extra kilometers, potential damages, toll taxes, and challan charges.

According to the Motor Vehicles Act (MVA), privately registered cars cannot be used for commercial purposes. Insurance does not cover any eventuality if a private car is used for commercial purposes. Therefore, we provide cars with a commercial number plate to comply with the law and ensure proper insurance coverage.
No, we provide you with all the necessary legal documents required to drive a self-drive registered car. You can drive without any concerns about police interference.
Currently, we do not offer the option to drop off the car in a different location or city. However, we will inform you in advance if any changes are made to this policy in the future.
The current laws register self-drive cars under a commercial license, and therefore commercial state taxes are applicable when entering a state, regardless of the purpose of use.

Yes, there are certain cases where you will need to make a payment for roadside repair services. Roadside repair includes situations such as a rundown battery, punctured tire, or running out of fuel (fuel cost to be borne by the customer). In such cases, you will be required to make an upfront payment to avail the services. Please note that once the repair service is activated, cancellation is not possible.

If your car is involved in an accident and sustains damage, we advise you to immediately contact us at 0888 222 2222. It is also important to inform the local police about the incident for proper documentation and legal purposes.
If you have chosen to pay a security deposit, the cost of damage up to the deposit amount will be borne by the customer on an actual basis. If the damage exceeds the security deposit amount, an insurance claim will be filed, and the customer will be responsible for the depreciation amount and any parts that are not covered by insurance. Please refer to the Terms of Use for more detailed information. The assessment of damage conducted by our company will be considered final.
The person who booked the car is fully liable for any damages caused by anyone else driving the car, including damages caused by natural calamities or other external factors.
